Please be advised that time slots will not be reserved under the following circumstances:
• The reservation period has expired and the booking deposit remains unpaid.
• A request to reschedule is made before the booking deposit has been settled.
To maintain fairness, time slots are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. We are unable to provide availability updates or finalize bookings before payment is made.
