為提供更優質的服務體驗 ‧染髮前一天晚上或者當天需要清洗頭髮, 不要使用護髮乳&髮尾油(否則影響當天染色效果) ‧預約當日請勿穿著高衣領/ 連身帽(不能除帽)/ 淺色 (可能弄污衣物) 的服裝/長吊飾耳環。
有關:更改/取消/缺席預約
‧首次諮詢/服務預約只能更改1次, 需以預約當天12:00am起計算36小時前通知, 否則將會扣除留位費不設退款或更改。
‧染髮預約只能更改1次, 需以預約當天12:00am起計算48小時前通知, 因物料屬天然成分配合手工製作需時, 我們需提前準備及前期處理, 如客人缺席 / 遲到, 物料將會報銷, 預約留位費將全數扣除, 不設任何退款或更改。
‧如臨時取消(以預約當天12:00am起計算不足36小時通知)、遲到超過15分鐘、因任何理由缺席, 除出示當天有效的醫生証明, 否則將會扣除留位費不設退款或更改。
‧關於惡劣天氣安排, 當天文台於預約時段2小時前懸掛黑色暴雨警告、8號或以上風球, 預約可以安排更改。

• 預留了時段, 未付留位費又再次更改
基於公平預約政策, 以確保其他客戶有機會預約, 不設預留時段, 需要先付款留位費後才能查詢空缺及預約, 此項目不適用於在系統存有留位費的客人。
有關:訪客須知及守則
請勿帶同寵物到訪(陪同視障人士之導盲犬除外) , 未滿18歲的兒童請確認有家長或監護人陪同必須保持秩序及安靜, 接待處等候區請勿進食, 訪客只接受於等候區等候。
有關:療程房間使用
療程房間歡迎客人攜帶輕食或飲品享用, 請勿攜帶/進食氣味濃烈的食品影響其他客人, 離開房間時, 必須清理後方可離場, 否則會收取$500清潔費。
有關:產品
自然療髮中心®設有「貨品退換購物保證」 顧客在收貨後5天內, 發現產品有問題及需要退換時, 請致電9321-2349預約退換。每張購物單據只限換貨一次, 但不能現金退款。以下情況將不受換貨處理安排: 1)產品收貨期已超過5天。 2)產品已經開封或曾被使用(例如包裝膠紙或盒被撕去) 所有產品在運送前會有(一次性獨特封條貼上)。3)產品並未保持完好包裝, 已受破壞, 損毀或不完整。4)未能出示產品銷售清單或購物單據已經換貨一次。退換前,須檢查及驗證退貨, 如發現情況未能符合以上的退換規條, 所有退貨將不獲退換。在退貨時, 原來訂單的運費及處理費用(如有)將由顧客承擔。如發現退貨產品不符合本公司的退貨條款, 將不獲處理, 不便之處, 敬請原諒。以上安排只適用於購買產品, 預約服務及電子禮券購買後不能現金退款或退換。
有關:產品送貨/自取
1.順豐營業點或順豐站-自取
客戶選擇於順豐營業點或順豐站自取快件, 而未能於快件到達所選地址並成功上架的首2天*內完成取件, 順豐香港將於往後每1天*收取港幣10元「豐管家」服務費用。費用將以每1天為單位進行累計*天數以星期一至五計算, 星期六日及公眾假期除外。
2.有關代收取速遞品如非訂購人, 如:管理員、要求速遞員放於門外或家人代收, 如訂單有任何遺失, 我們不會負責。一切以順豐速運最終簽收到達為準確認完成送貨。
3.順豐智能櫃-自取
客戶選擇順豐智能櫃^而未能於收派員成功派送到櫃的首24小時內完成取件, 順豐香港將於往後每24小時收取港幣10元「豐管家」服務費用。費用將以每24小時為單位進行累計。詳情請參閱: http://htm.sf-express.com/hk/tc/dynamic_function/waybill/ 。如有任何更新, 以順豐速運網頁為準。
4.順豐香港將於2025年4月14日起減少SMS短訊發送, 所有快件自取訊息通知將全部改為透過官方手機應用程式「SFHK APP」推送, 以降低客戶受偽冒訊息詐騙的風險。客戶請提前下載順豐香港 SFHK APP, 並開啟手機推送通知, 以免錯過快件運送提醒, 同時客戶可透過「SFHK APP」隨時查看快件的最新狀態︰包括運單號、派送路由、收寄方資訊及收費詳情等。

About: Appointment for first consultation
All services only accept reservations with a reservation fee. The reservation fee for the first consultation is $100/person, and the $100 will be fully refunded after consultation is completed. Reservations without a reservation fee are not accepted.
About: Reservation Service
To ensure the reservation time and service quality, each customer needs to pay a reservation fee of $300/item before making an appointment. After payment, the "membership" will be automatically obtained.
Members can enjoy priority reservation/same-day reservation/later-placement/referral gifts/limited-time discounts when making reservations.
‧Reservation fees are only used for treatments, no cash refunds

About: Cancellation of membership after deducting reservation fees
‧Notification is required before checkout on the same day, and membership will be automatically cancelled and cleared after deduction.
‧If you make another reservation for service in the future and re-conduct scalp test consultation, you need to pay the test fee again and create a membership file.

To provide a better service experience ‧You need to wash your hair the night before or on the day of dyeing, do not use hair conditioner & hair tail oil (otherwise it will affect the dyeing effect on the day) ‧Do not wear high collars/one-piece hoods (hat cannot be removed)/light-color (may stain clothes) clothing/long pendant earrings on the day of appointment.
About: Change/Cancel/Absentee Appointment
‧First consultation/service appointment can only be changed once, and notification is required 36 hours in advance from 12:00am on the day of appointment, otherwise the reservation fee will be deducted and no refund or change will be made.
‧Hair dyeing appointment can only be changed once, and notification is required 48 hours in advance from 12:00am on the day of appointment. Because the materials are natural ingredients and handmade, it takes time, we need to prepare and process in advance. If the customer is absent/late, the materials will be reimbursed, and the reservation fee will be deducted in full, and no refund or change will be made.
‧If customer cancels temporarily (notified less than 36 hours from 12:00am on the day of appointment), is late for more than 15 minutes, or is absent for any reason, the reservation fee will be deducted and no refund or change will be made unless a doctor's certificate valid on the day is presented.
‧Regarding bad weather arrangements, when the Observatory hoists a black rainstorm warning or a typhoon signal No. 8 or above 2 hours before the appointment time, the appointment can be arranged and changed.

Based on the fair booking policy, to ensure other customers have the opportunity to book, no reserved time slots are set, and reservations must be paid before checking vacancies and bookings. This item is not applicable to guests who have reserved fees in the system.

Please do not bring pets to visit (except guide dogs accompanying visually impaired people). Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians and must maintain order and quiet. Do not eat in the waiting area of the reception. Visitors are only allowed to wait in the waiting area.

Guests are welcome to bring light meals or drinks to the treatment room. Please do not bring/eat food with strong smells that may affect other guests. When leaving the room, you must clean up before leaving, otherwise a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged.
About: Products
Natural Hair Recovery Center® has a "Return and Exchange Guarantee". If customer finds that the product has a problem and needs to return it within 5 days after receiving it, please call 9321-2349 to make an appointment for return and exchange. Each purchase receipt is limited to one exchange, but cash refunds are not allowed. The following situations will not be exchanged: 1) The product has been received for more than 5 days. 2) The product has been opened or used (for example, the packaging tape or box has been torn off) All products will have a (one-time unique seal) before shipping. 3) The product is not kept in good packaging, has been damaged, damaged or incomplete. 4) Failure to show the product sales list or purchase receipt has been exchanged once. Before returning or exchanging, the return must be inspected and verified. If it is found that the situation does not meet the above return and exchange rules, all returns will not be returned or exchanged. When returning, the shipping and handling fees (if any) of the original order will be borne by the customer. If the returned product is found to be not in compliance with our return policy, it will not be processed. We apologize for the inconvenience. About: Product delivery/self-collection
1. SF Business Point or SF Station-Self-collection
If the customer chooses to pick up the express at a SF Business Point or SF Station, and fails to complete the collection within the first 2 days* after the express arrives at the selected address and is successfully put on the shelf, SF Hong Kong will charge a "Feng Guanjia" service fee of HK$10 per day* in the future. The fee will be accumulated per day* and the number of days will be calculated from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
2. If the person who collects the express delivery on behalf of others is not the orderer, such as: the administrator, asking the courier to leave it outside the door or a family member to collect it on behalf of him, we will not be responsible for any loss of the order. Everything is subject to the final signature of SF Express to confirm the completion of delivery.
3. SF Smart Locker - Self-collection
If the customer chooses SF Smart Locker^ and fails to complete the collection within the first 24 hours after the deliveryman successfully delivers the package to the locker, SF Hong Kong will charge a "Feng Guanjia" service fee of HK$10 every 24 hours. The fee will be accumulated every 24 hours.

4. SF Hong Kong will reduce the sending of SMS messages from April 14, 2025. All express pick-up message notifications will be pushed through the official mobile application "SFHK APP" to reduce the risk of customers being defrauded by fake messages. Customers are requested to download the SF Hong Kong SFHK APP in advance and turn on mobile push notifications to avoid missing express delivery reminders. At the same time, customers can check the latest status of express delivery at any time through the "SFHK APP": including waybill number, delivery route, consignor and consignee information and fee details, etc.
